Cancellations Policy
1. Customers are permitted to cancel their service booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without incurring any fees.
2. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a fee of Rs.500 may be charged.
3. Cancellations can be processed through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Service Quality Concerns
1. Should a customer find the quality of service unsatisfactory, they are required to notify us through the MilesMech customer service hotline or email within 48 hours following the service completion.
2. Every complaint will undergo an individual investigation. If the complaint is deemed legitimate, MilesMech may provide a partial or full refund at its discretion.
Refund Policy
1. Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
2. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a refund will be issued after deducting a cancellation fee from the amount paid.
3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-12 business days.
