Consequences of Breach & Idemnification
Should you breach the Policy, you are obligated to remunerate the Company for liquidated damages as well as cover the costs associated with recovering said damages. Moreover, you are responsible for compensating MilesMech for any losses incurred as a result of your violation of the Policy.
MilesMech retains the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Services provided to you if any terms outlined in the Policy are violated.
By agreeing to these terms, you commit to defending, indemnifying, and holding harmless MilesMech, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of the Policy.
